“I became a committed volunteer with GEM after many conversations with a friend who is involved in the organisation. I joined a team focused on encouraging people to be curious about one another as God’s children, created in His image, and I’ve been blessed by the opportunity to serve alongside an amazing group of people. I expected to be able to make a difference, but what I hadn’t fully appreciated was the blessing I would receive in doing this work. I've had the opportunity to think through and discuss difficult issues with a Godly group of people and have God teach me a little more about Himself through them.
