A growing need

Less than 3% of Europeans are estimated to be committed followers of Jesus. While Christianity has shaped Europe’s history, many people today have little access to vibrant, disciple-making communities and have yet to experience the transforming love of Jesus.

A fresh opportunity

Across Europe, the next generation is coming to faith, yet many lack someone to walk alongside them in discipleship. Europe needs disciple-makers who will invest in others over time, equip leaders, and help establish multiplying communities of faith.

God has uniquely equipped you with gifts and passions that can be used for His mission. Whether your calling is church planting, refugee ministry, the arts, or another area of service, your skills could be an intentional piece of what God is doing across Europe.

I met GEM missionaries in Frankfurt who modelled and shared the vision and mission of GEM and that had a deep impact in my life.

God invited my husband and me to join the mission to be catalysts for multiplying disciples and helping local churches to catch the vision.

We had become restless, hungry to get out of our comfort zones and to serve God in a greater capacity. God had sown some seeds in our heart about Cathrine's hometown, a small Swedish town with few Christians.

We were impacted by GEM's ethos of partnering with local churches and the emphasis on the personal well being of their missionaries. We have found the right 'home' for us as missionaries!
